Ingredients:
1 cup of Spinach
1 cup of Kale
2 Carrots tops and tails removed
1/2 Apple cored
1 Celery stalk
1/2 lemon (remove peel)
Directions:
Wash all produce well
Cut produce to fit into hopper
Juice in your Omega Juicer
Alternate soft ingredients with firmer ones
Serve and enjoy!
