Maple Cinnamon Cashew Milk


1 cup raw cashews

2 cups of filtered water (for soaking)

3 cups of filtered water (for juicing)

4 tsp of maple syrup

1/4 tsp cinnamon


Soak cashews overnight in 2 cups of water


Place cashews in 3 cups fresh water

Using juicing screen in Omega Nutrition System or Vertical Juicer, ladle cashews and water into juicer

Add more water for thinner milk - optional

Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon.
